After several successful years in their Grade Two listed building on High Street “Beauty at the Barn” has relocated to larger premises on Kempson Street. The grand opening ceremony was held on Friday 22nd July when customers old and new were invited for champagne, nibbles and special offers – and to look around their new home, Orchard House. Not to be confused with the building of the same name on Easthorpe Street, this is a new build just around the corner from the Conservative Club, and quite a contrast to their old place!
“We’d outgrown the barn and now employ seven staff” owner Justine Hickling told us. “I’m very excited we’ve moved. We have a downstairs treatment room here – which is much better for clients with walking difficulties – as well as our own car park. There’s been a great response from everyone so far”. So, whatever beauty treatment you’re after, “Beauty at the Barn at Orchard House” is at your service! (Researched & written by Graham Wright)
