Locally born and bred, Ian Warren was one of the participants in the recent Robin Hood Marathon.
Ian has been raising money for PASIC, a small but amazing cancer charity based at Nottingham Children’s Hospital at QMC. The charity supports parents and their seriously ill children by funding trips to attractions like Drayton Manor Theme Park, and holding Christmas and Easter parties where all the children and their families can share quality time and make fabulous memories.
Over the last 18 months, Ian has raised £2,800 for PASIC by organising numerous fundraising events including a karaoke evening and a family fun night, and of course, by taking part in the Robin Hood Marathon.
As an avid runner, Ian’s biggest achievement to date was completing the full Marathon in an incredible 4 hours 57 minutes – well done, Ian!
