ENGAGE Group Exercise Classes
ENGAGE is a Notts County Council initiative that’s aimed at people aged over 55 who have mobility and stability challenges. Sessions take place at Keyworth Village Hall (chair-based exercise) on Mondays at 12:30pm, whilst Otago (strength and balance-based exercise) classes are held at All Hallows Church Hall in West Bridgford on Wednesdays at 1pm.
