Earlier this year, Rushcliffe Borough Council consulted residents on potential new housing sites in Ruddington. Having considered the responses, the Borough Council is publishing, for further consultation, the preferred sites which it believes should be allocated in the Local Plan.
As part of this consultation, the Borough Council is holding an exhibition on these referred sites on Tuesday 17th October at St Peter’s Rooms, from 4pm to 8pm. Please come along to the event if you’d like to find out more about the sites and the Local Plan.If you can’t attend the exhibition in person, you can view the consultation documents at the Library on Church Street or by visiting www.rushcliffe.gov.uk/planningpolicy. The consultation period will run from Monday 9th October to 5pm on Monday 27th November.
The Parish Council is holding a meeting on Tuesday 14th November to decide on their own response to the consultation. The meeting will take place at St Peter’s Rooms at 7:30pm. Residents are welcome to attend and will have the chance to comment on the consultation during the meeting.
