Help is on hand if you’re self-isolating
The Covid-19 Ruddington Community Response Team are here to help if you’re self-isolating as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. The team is made up of local volunteers who want to offer a “good neighbour” network for people who can’t leave their homes at present.
The Community Response team can help with:
- Collecting free prescriptions
- Collecting shopping purchased via “Click & Collect” services or over the phone from local shops
- Dog walking
- Posting mail
- A friendly chat.
For everyone’s safety, please wash your hands regularly and maintain at least a 1m distance when a volunteer calls at your home. Shopping and prescriptions will be left on your doorstep (your volunteer will knock or ring the bell).
To contact the team, please call 07954 073 115 or email ruddcovid19@gmail.com. You can also contact them via the Parish Council Office. For the latest updates, follow “Ruddington COVID-19 UK Mutual Aid” on Facebook.
