On Sunday 22nd April from 11am to 2pm, there’ll be a Food Fair at James Peacock School in Manor Park. This annual fundraising event, organised by the Friends of James Peacock, will feature a variety of stalls selling edible delights, including a food court with hot products (why not have lunch there?)
In addition, there’ll be complementary crafts for the children, a bouncy castle and slide, face painting, a chocolate tombola and the well-known “Wheelbarrow of Wine”.
As the school is celebrating its 50th anniversary year, they’re also holding a prize draw. Tickets will be on sale at 50p each, before and on the day. The winners will be announced at 1.30pm by the owner of The Lodge Boutique B&B on Wilford Road, who has kindly donated the first prize.
Entrance to the Food Fair is free for children and £1 per adult. All are welcome!
