The Great Central Railway (Nottingham) has received a TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence for the fourth year in a row. Now in its ninth year, the achievement celebrates businesses that are consistently excellent – having earned great traveller reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year. Certificate of Excellence recipients include restaurants, accommodations and attractions located all over the world that have continually delivered a quality customer experience.
Phil Stanway, Director at GCRN, said “As a not for profit attraction with no paid staff and no external funding whatsoever, this is once again a testament to all the hard work put in by our volunteers day after day.
“We’d like to thank all our visitors and the local community for your support and hope you’ll continue to support us throughout 2019 and beyond.”
The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travellers on TripAdvisor over a 12 month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
