The People & Skills Programme at Rushcliffe Borough Council is offering SMEs in the area access to free training opportunities throughout this business year. Here are the upcoming courses you can book on to:
App Development for Businesses
7th June 2024 at Rushcliffe Arena, 9am to 12 noon
Learn how apps could benefit the online footprint and growth of your business. You’ll leave the workshop having created the basis of your very own business app, and have the knowledge to carry on developing it.
Low Carbon Training Workshops
25th June, 23rd July & 24th September at Rushcliffe Arena, 9:30am to 12:30pm
Develop your understanding of where your business is using carbon/energy and learn where you could be saving energy (and money!). Leave the workshop having started to develop a tailor made action plan to lower the carbon footprint and energy usage in your business.
Any Rushcliffe business attending Low Carbon Training will be eligible for the Low Carbon Bursary of £300. This funding can be put towards the cost of installing energy saving measures in your business premises, such as LED lighting and secondary glazing.
