Only this one is for mini-beasts!
Both of the schools in our village are blessed with extensive outdoor spaces and both have always actively encouraged their pupils to explore and enjoy the natural world. Over the years trees have been planted, growing beds established and wildlife areas created.
The latest addition to the James Peacock outdoor enrichment project is a bug hotel eagerly constructed by the pupils. They have turned an old wooden pallet, flower pots, tubes, sticks, moss, stones and netting into a safe haven for mini-beasts. It has been positioned in the school wildlife area and eagerly awaits its first guests!
