The opening hours at the library on Church Street changed on 1 September. The new opening times are as follows:
- Monday, Wednesday & Sunday – closed
- Tuesday & Thursday – 9:30am to 5:30pm
- Friday – 9:30 to 5pm
- Saturday – 9:30am to 1pm
According to Inspire (the organisation which runs the library), the new opening hours follow a detailed review of current opening times and usage along with local knowledge and customer feedback.
