Pilates is a fitness system designed to work the body in an even way to improve stability, flexibility, good breathing technique, and overall fitness and well-being. Pilates is suitable for people of all ages, fitness levels and abilities.
I’ve designed my classes to be enjoyable but also challenging. All the exercises can be modified to suit individual needs, with each person encouraged to work to their own goals with my support. Because of this, classes are kept small to allow for individual attention. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat or towel to work on – and remember to secure your place as numbers are limited!
