Want to feel exhilarated, inspired and joyous? Want to do something that enriches your life and the lives of others? Want to be part of something that brings you into contact with likeminded people? Want to do something that will not only make you feel better, but will actually do you good? Want to enjoy and create some of the world’s greatest music?
If the answer to any of these questions is “Yes,” then come along and sing with the Ruddington & District Choral Society (RDCS)!
The RDCS has been a leading light in the musical life of Nottinghamshire for over 50 years. We usually perform three concerts each year with weekly rehearsals. We’re currently seeking to expand and are accepting new members. Whether you’re a soprano, alto, tenor or bass (we’re especially keen to enlist a few more men!), we’d love you to join us.
Choral singing, as someone said a few years ago, “is cheaper than therapy, healthier than drinking, and certainly more fun than working out. It’s the one thing in life where feeling better is pretty much guaranteed. `
So, why not come along and try us out? Rehearsals take place each Monday from 7.15pm to 9.15 pm, beginning on 9th September for the autumn term, at St Peter’s Junior School.
