Have you ever thought of taking up a martial art? There can be many benefits including fitness, self-confidence, and self-esteem, and it’s not just for the young athletic types!
Tetsudo isn’t your typical martial art. It’s taught in English, and recognises and treats each person as an individual, regardless of who they are, their background, and their physical fitness. It aims to help individuals unlock their true potential to achieve what they believe is impossible.
Tetsudo helps build self-confidence, improved physical fitness, increased flexibility, and a chance to make new friends. It does this by stimulating your thinking in an enjoyable, fun, and supportive way.
Under the instruction of 5th Degree Blackbelt Ustad Andy Patel, Tetsudo is opening a new club in Ruddington from Wednesday 30th April.
Come along with loose clothing, bring your family and friends for a class running from 8pm until 9pm at Ruddington Village Hall, 45 Wilford Road, NG11 6BN.
The first lesson is FREE, and the normal lesson fee is only £5 per class. Lessons are suitable for adults of all levels of fitness, aged 16 years and over.
Just turn-up any Wednesday from 30th April, or for more details, email ruddington@tetsudo.org, or visit our website at http://www.tetsudo.org.
