England is now in Step 4 of the COVID-19 roadmap with no restrictions in place.
The Prime Minister has asked people to keep wearing face coverings in crowded or enclosed areas, such as shops and on public transport.
We’re continuing to remind residents to take a regular lateral flow test at home or at one of Rushcliffe’s Community Testing sites until further notice. Please remember that if you develop any symptoms, you should book a test straightaway.
Signage at Borough Council sites informs Councillors, staff, residents and visitors to “please wear a face covering should you wish to”.
Meanwhile at Nottingham University Hospitals including QMC and City Hospital, those attending the sites still need wear a face mask, use hand gel and socially distance two metres until further notice to help keep vulnerable patients and staff safe.
Please, continue to remember: “Hands, face, space, fresh air”.
