A Victory Tea Dance is being held in Ruddington Village Hall on Saturday 16th August from 2:30pm to 5pm, to celebrate and commemorate the 80th anniversaries of both VE and VJ Day.
Your local branch of the Royal British Legion (RBL), which is organising the event, invites you all.
You’re welcome to bring your own picnic and drinks (there won’t be a bar), whilst tea and cake are included with your ticket.
And if you’d really like to get into the theme, you’re very welcome to dress up in wartime / 1940s vintage attire.
If you aren’t a dancer, come along anyway to enjoy the moment and join in the fun!
