Saturday 14th September is Ruddington Gardeners’ Association Village Show. This is a show for everyone in Ruddington, whether you’re aged 5 years or 99 years!
You don’t even need to have a garden to enter. Just bring your favourite house plant, a single flower or vegetable you’ve grown, a photo you’ve taken, a cake you’ve made…and so much more! Entry to all the classes is free.
There’ll be fabulous prizes for the kids’ classes (every child gets a prize), plus refreshments from the WI and stalls run by the Bee Keepers and Country Markets. You can also enjoy demonstrations and sales of plants, fruit and veg.
You can get your entry forms and a full show schedule from www.ruddingtongardeners.co.uk, or pick them up from St Peter’s Rooms. Bring your entries to St Peter’s Rooms on Saturday 14th September between 8am and 9.30am, after which, judging will take place. The show will then be open to the public from 11am to 4pm.
It’ll be great to see you on 14th September, but better still to see your entries as well. Please come along and make our 2019 show another resounding success.
