The Ruddington Arms has contributed a recipe to a brand new cookbook, called A Taste of Nottinghamshire, which features the 12 winners and finalists of the Nottingham Post’s Food and Drink Awards 2015.
The pub, which was a finalist in the Best New Venue category, has contributed a three course dinner party menu for the book, including a sumptuous-sounding starter of Black pudding with RA ketchup, poached duck egg, spring onion and smoked bacon.
The 130 page book provides a step by step guide to producing restaurant quality food at home, with a selection of delicious menus that are sure to impress family and friends alike. As you’d expect from the title, all the ingredients can be sourced locally to help you create a true taste of the county’s cuisine in your own kitchen.
Priced at £20, A Taste of Nottinghamshire is on sale at The Ruddington Arms as well as selected local book shops.
