The Ruddington Bowls Club is now open once again! The restrictions which were imposed during the pandemic meant that we were not able to play bowls at all during the 2020 season. We began using the Green on 1st May this year for practising and roll-ups, obeying the “Rule of 6” and social distancing.
Then the changes made in accordance with the Government’s Lockdown Road Map allowed league games to be played, and from the 17th May we began to enjoy a full season of activities including a very popular Monday afternoon Club competition.
We’re a friendly club and welcome anyone interested in coming along to watch the games and hopefully express an interest in joining us. No previous experience of playing bowls is required!
