Building on the success of our now-annual Christmas Fayre, the Parish Council has decided to hold a Summer Fayre this year.
The Ruddington Summer Fayre will take place on the Village Green and in the Project Body building (the former Youth Club) on Sunday 28 August from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. – so put the date in your diaries now!
The event is being organised by Parish Councillors John Noble, Marilyn Robinson, Annette Auckland and Andy Scott.
Says John: ‘We’re planning a fun-packed day for all the family, with children’s activities and a range of food, drink and craft stalls.
“There’ll also be live music and a fundraising penalty shoot-out organised by Ruddington Colts Football Club.”
We’ll be publishing more details about the Summer Fayre in the August newsletter, so watch this space.
In the meantime, you can keep up with the latest developments by following the Ruddington Events page on Facebook.
If you’d like to have a stall at the Summer Fayre, or get involved with organising it, please email events.rpc@gmail.com.
