The annual Summer Fair & Car Boot Sale at St Peter’s Junior School returns on Saturday 6th July. The event, which is organised by the school’s Friends group, will run from 10.30am to 1pm.
There’ll be plenty to see and do, including a variety of stalls, chocolate and teddy tombolas, bouncy castles and slides, face painting, belly dancing and Zumba displays, and refreshments.
You can also enjoy all kinds of fun games and entertainments including Hook A Duck, Tug of War, £5 Note Golf Challenge, Bucket Ball, Splat the Rat, Hoopla, Scavenger Hunt, Gladiator Duel, the Human Fruit Machine and “Seaside Stocks with Mr Mapperley!”
New attractions for this year include Guess the Lego, the Gin Grid and our Guess the Staff Game. There’s also the “Big Grand Raffle” with a first prize of an Amazon Echo Spot in white, worth over £100!
Like last year, the school’s Year 3 and 4 pupils have made and designed their own products, and will be selling them on their Enterprise Stalls.
And if you fancy finding a lucky bargain, make sure you visit the car boot sale too. There’s fun for the whole family and all are welcome. Last year, over 600 people came along to enjoy the day, so make sure you join us for a fantastic family day out.
