The Twinning sub-committee of Ruddington Parish Council is making preparations for activities in the coming year.
In the past, we’ve entertained the Mayor and guests from our Twin town of Grenay, France, who join us on Remembrance Sunday on an annual basis. Ruddington residents attend their ceremony in France, too.
In addition, we’ve helped with football tournaments both here and in France, choir visits, youth visits and other activities.
We’re always on the look out for new ideas and new volunteers. So, if you’d like to come and join us, please contact the Parish Council Office.
Or, if you have an idea for a trip to France with a village group (or if you want help with bringing a Grenay group to Ruddington), please get in touch.
You can call the office on 0115 914 6660 or email office@ruddingtonparishcouncil.gov.uk.
