Ruddington & District u3a extend their thanks to everyone who attended their drop-in Wellbeing Event on 10th June.
The group were delighted to receive monies from the Coop Local Community Fund (2022/23), as this enabled us to hold this information-giving event.
Attendees, both u3a members and others, were able to get information about the various services available to help with their physical and mental wellbeing. They also had the chance to have a go at African drumming and marvel at a magician. Free refreshments were available, as well as various free items for them to collect or try and win.
We express our thanks to Benjamin’s Estate Agents, Lesley Cree Opticians, Ridge Clean Energy, Ruddington Parish Council, Rushcliffe Community Safety Team and The Old Bakehouse for their generosity and support for this event.
