Venue hire

St Peter's RoomsThe Parish Council owns several venues available for hire in Ruddington that are suitable for a range of functions, events, business meetings and community activities.

How to make a booking

Please note that the information below relates to one-off bookings for non profit-making activities, e.g. meetings and parties. If you’d like to book a venue for commercial activities or for regular use, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

  1. Please call the Parish Council office on 0115 914 6660 or email us to enquire about availability.
  2. Once a provisional booking has been made, you must send us your completed booking form within 14 days. Click on name of each venue in the list above above to download the relevant booking form and Terms & Conditions. Booking forms can be submitted in person, by post or by email. Please visit our Contact Us page for our full contact details.
  3. Pay for your booking in advance by cash, cheque, BACS or credit or debit card. Most bookings also require a key deposit which MUST be paid in cash.

The Village Green

The Village Green is available for hire for outdoor events. Applications will be considered individually, so please contact the Parish Clerk in the first instance to discuss your requirements.
