About the Pavilion
Elms Park Pavilion was refurbished in 2006 and is maintained by the Parish Council. Whilst the building is predominantly used as a sports pavilion, the social area is available for hire during the daytime, Monday to Friday*. It’s an ideal venue for smaller activity groups, committees and business meetings.
The social area has large picture windows which overlook the playing fields and allow plenty of natural light to flood into the room. There is also parking available on site.
Facilities
Modern social area (pictured right) with carpet-tiled floor.
- Small kitchen, ideal for serving tea, coffee etc (Please note that this is not a catering kitchen). Facilities include a water boiler, cups and saucers.
- Tables and chairs provided.
- Male, female and disabled toilets.
- Showers and changing facilities.
- Free car park. Bus routes nearby.
- Maximum capacity: 40 (recommended maximum seated: 30).
Special condition
Alcohol. Please note that the sale and/or consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited at this venue.

* Please note that as this venue is a sports pavilion, it’s generally in use most weekends and many evenings for football, cricket and other sporting activities, so is unavailable fore hire at these times.
