In partnership with Standguide Ltd, Nottingham City Council, Nottinghamshire County Council and Derby City Council, East Midlands Chamber is now offering Nottinghamshire businesses access to invaluable recruitment and retention support from Working Well East Midlands at no cost. Free wellbeing and financial support is also available to individuals.

Support for individuals
Working Well East Midlands is here to support you in achieving your employment goals.
Your Employment Specialist will offer one-to-one support to help you build on your strengths and evidence skills that local employers value.
They also provide support to employed individuals who are either on sick leave or experiencing challenges in the workplace due to their disability or mental health.
With a range of wellbeing and financial support, this flexible service is available while you’re looking for work and after you start your new role, or if you need support in your current job.
We can work with you if you’re:
- Aged 18 or over
- Unemployed or employed
- Have a mental and/or physical health condition or disability (this can be self-defined)
- Live or are registered with a GP surgery in Nottingham City, Broxtowe, Gedling or Rushcliffe.
